The Cat Machine is a FIRST Robotics (FRC) team from St. Ignatius College Preparatory in San Francisco. During the 2016 season, we were Rookie All Stars at the Sacramento Regional, Highest Rookie Seed at the Silicon Valley Regional, and Carver subdivision quarterfinalists at the World Championships in St. Louis. Our 2016 Robot

For the Stronghold competition we designed our first robot, Kendrick LowBAR. Its powerful drive train can traverse the field. The manipulator arm allows it to cross the outer-works defenses. It can intake boulders and score low goals with its shooting mechanism.

San Francisco Regional

March 17-19, 2017, St. Ignatius College Preparatory will host the San Francisco FIRST Robotics Regional. This event will draw around 40 high school FRC teams from around California as well as around the world from Mexico, China, and Turkey. Learn more at www.firstsfbay.org.
